The Twin Valley Lacrosse Club is taking registrations for it's second spring season.

The club is open to boys and girls in grades 3 through 12.

Registrations can be completed at any time and mailed along with payment to the address listed at the bottom of the attached form. We will also be holding a second formal registration on January 29th from 1-4pm at the Morgantown Village Library.

Representatives from the club will be there to take registrations and answer any questions. Our equipment provider will also be available that day to take equipment orders.
