Dear Coach,
You
are cordially invited to participate in our 10th Annual Twin
Valley Summer Classic Tournament on August 10 and 11, 2002.
Because of our limited field space we will be accepting the first
six (6) teams for each age division. You are guaranteed three games.
The following age groups are being accepted:

Boys U9, U10, U11, U12
Girls U-9, U-10, U-11, U12 |

Boys U-13, U14
Girls U-13, U14, U16/17 |
Eligibility:
All players and coaches MUST be registered with their association.
No player or team may be registered on more than one team or one
category for the day of the tournament. Team members MUST be registered
as FALL 2002 players in order to play.
Tournament Format: Each team is guaranteed 3 games with the
two top teams meeting in a final play-off game. The laws and rules
of FIFA apply. Matches at the U9, U10, U11 and U12 level will consist
of two 20-minute halves. Matches at the U13, U14 and U16/17 level
will consist of two 25-minute halves.
This is a patch tournament. The exchange of patches or pins is
strongly
encouraged by all participants.
Fee: $200.00 per team ($175.00 for U9 and U10). All entry
fees should be made payable to TVSC and are non-refundable. The
entry fee is forfeited if a team is accepted and later withdraws
from the tournament. Entry fees for teams not accepted for tournament
play will be returned immediately. Checks received for accepted
teams will be held and deposited on August 1st.
Deadline for applications: July 20, 2002
Final Registration: Confirmation packets will be mailed upon
receipt of your entry form and acceptance to the tournament. Coaches
will be required to report to the Tournament Director's Tent no
later than 7:30am the morning of play. Games will begin promptly
at 8:00am.
Awards: Individual awards will be presented to 1st and 2nd
place teams in each age group.
Location:
U9 will be played at our nearby Elverson Fields.
U10 and up will be played on the Twin Valley High School Campus.
